Express Shipping
We can facilitate expedited shipping at an additional cost depending on your delivery address. Please contact support@againstheworld.com with your order number/item, billing and delivery address, and preferred ship service.

How to File a Claim On Route
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order ID number from Route and a link to their claims portal as well. Please submit your claim to https://claims.route.com/ with your email address and order number.
Once you have submitted all of the requested information, Route will contact you in 24-48 hours with an update and resolution.
Exchanges
All orders can be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date. Please contact support@againstheworld.com with your order number and the item and/or size you would like to receive as an exchange. A return label will be provided to you from our team upon receiving the requested information. Once we have received your return, we will ship out your new product between 1 to 2 business days.
Returns
All Sales are final. Products can be exchanged for store credit or an item of the same value only.
